What is the purpose of the TraceWeld feature on our welding equipment?

TraceWeld audible signaling makes it easier to comply with all phases of the welding cycle.

Heating Up
A short audible signal announces the start of the welding process.

Repositioning
A rapid intermittent audible signal defines the pipe’s repositioning phase. This time must not be exceeded.

Cooling Down
A long audible signal announces the end of the welding process. At that point, the joint fixed during welding can be released.
